This striking cushion features a handcrafted fabric woven by master weavers in Myanmar, using a traditional frame loom. The design originates from the Laytu Chin, an ethnic minority group in western Myanmar, and reflects a deep cultural heritage passed down through generations.

Turquoise Mountain is collaborating with women weavers across Myanmar’s diverse ethnic groups—supporting not only their exceptional artistry but also the strong sense of identity and community embedded in each textile. Their charitable mission enables artisans like Zin to earn a sustainable income while helping preserve Myanmar’s rich and varied textile traditions.

Due to the handcrafted nature of the weave, slight variations in size and pattern may occur. These natural irregularities are part of the authentic process, making each piece uniquely beautiful.
